Amy's 3 is a three bedroom house with 2 queen beds. It incorporates large living and dining areas, modern facilities including a modern full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry and an expansive garden overlooked by an elevated verandah. Free WI-FI is included with the indulgence package as well as Telstra TV with a subscription to FOXTEL Play and Netflix. The third bedroom includes a double sofabed and therefore used as either a reading room or a third bedroom.
Full laundry facilities available, in house washing machine and a further shared laundry with dryer. Complimentary chocolates, biscuits and a bottle of Clare Valley wine (min 2 nights) will be awaiting your arrival as part of the indulgence package

The start of the Rattler Track between Auburn and Riverton is just across the road at Horrocks Cellar Door, near Grosset’s Winery. The beginning of the Riesling Trail is a short walk away. The traditional stone dwelling dates back to around 1870 so authentic slate flagstones combine with locally quarried stone for a beautifully atmospheric stay in the historic town of Auburn, Clare Valley. Surprisingly spacious, Almond Cottage offers three elegant double bedrooms, as well as a living room, cosy formal lounge with fire, a separate kitchen and spacious bathroom/laundry.
Each of the bedrooms and living rooms are individually air-conditioned with reverse cycle. You will enjoy latest technology smart TV and lightning fast NBN wifi. Beyond the cottage rambles a country garden with some of the best roses in the district. A fully equipped paved courtyard for private outside dining completes your stay. There are lovely sun filled nooks for your morning coffee or afternoon tea.
Almond Tree Cottage is a great addition to the Amy's House portfolio. It is the new B&B gem for Auburn whose personality changes with the season.

Provisions for a full country breakfast including cereals, toast, jams, honey, yoghurt, bread, milk, pancake mix, porridge, orange juice, bacon and free range eggs.

For those on a budget or in a hurry, a room only rate is also available.
Shower/Bath
All Cottages are equipped with a walk in shower. Amy's 1 and 2 also include a Spa Bath. Almond Tree Cottage includes a beautiful claw foot bath.
Wood Heater
All cottage are equipped with beautiful and cosy wood heater for the winter months. Firewood is available for $15 per basket.
Laundry
All cottages are equipped with washing machine, dryer and/or clothesline. An Iron and ironing Board are also provided.
Linen
All linen/towels are supplied at all cottages with all packages.
Free Wifi
Free Wi-Fi available at all cottages. Amy's 1 and 2 are also equipped with Foxtel Pay-Tv.. Amy's 3 and Almond Tree allow free access to a Netflix account.
Housekeeping
All cottages are setup before check-in, including breakfast provisions for your stay. A sheet and towel change and room freshen up service is available for stays longer than 5 days.
Bathroom Amenities
Shower and bath Amenities are provided. This includes shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner as well as moisturising cream. A hair dryer is also provided

Wineries

Auburn is the perfect base to explore the wineries and all that the Clare Valley has to offer.
Historical Sites
The historical mining town of Burra is within a short commute of Amy's House Cottages. Also visit the historical Martindale Hall at Mintaro are visiting the Mintaro Maze.
Leisure Activities
Get lost at the Mintaro maze, visit the wineries, cycle or walk the famous Riesling trail or venture on the newer Rattler trail. All within easy access to the any of Amy's House cottages. Amy's House is also within walking distance to the mini golf and Simsons Rices Creek.
Cafe's and Dining
A good choice of places to eat and to enjoy a coffee just within walking distance from Amy's House Cottages. Terroir Restaurant and Terroir Cafe as well as the Rising Sun Hotel, Cogwebs and Siimsons Rices Creek Cafe and Gift Shop.
Market
Enjoy the Auburn Market run every second Sunday.
Cycling and Walking Trails
Amy's House Cottages are located at start of the Riesling and Rattler Trails. Bring your bikes and walking shoes or hire one of our own. The Riesling Trail get you all the way to Clare whilst the Rattler Trail finishes at Riverton. The Riesling trail also includes some side loops to get you closer to the wineries.
